The growth of crawler cranes market is stagnant with lagging demand from heavy lift applications. However, the market is expected to bounce back with the demand for medium capacity lift applications from the upcoming infrastructure development projects.

Bhoir Group buys six LR 1300 SX Liebherr crawler cranes

Crane rental company Bhoir Group, headquartered in Mumbai, has placed an order of six new LR 1300 SX and three units of derrick equipment. The LR 1300 SX crawler crane is a 300 t class machine manufactured at Liebherr-Werk Nenzing, Austria.

The Bhoir Group?s Liebherr LR 1300, the 300 t crawler crane manufactured by Liebherr Werk Nenzing Austria, created a breakthrough by lifting 8.3 t with 86 m main boom + 89 m luffing jib + derrick with 50 t of suspended counterweight. This lift was carried out at a radius of 53 m and the load was placed at a height of 118 m. The crane is working in a cement plant in Chhattisgarh.
